Appointment Information & Terms 💕
To help appointments run smoothly and on time for everyone, please have a quick read through the following information before attending your appointment.
❤️ LOCATION
Maria Harvey’s Nail Studio is located inside the hair salon at Sorrento Shopping Village, 20 Bundall Road, Bundall.
❤️ PAYMENT
Please note that I do not have EFTPOS facilities. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer at your appointment. If paying by bank transfer, please text your payment receipt to my mobile.
❤️ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
As appointment times are reserved especially for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Appointments that are missed without notice will incur an $80 no-show fee.
Late cancellations and missed appointments leave me with very little opportunity to offer that time to another client, so these fees allow me to continue running my appointment book fairly and professionally.
Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee will need to be paid before another appointment can be booked.
❤️ LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment so that the remainder of the day’s appointments can continue on time.
❤️ CHILDREN IN THE SALON
For safety reasons, I’m unable to accommodate small children during appointments. A nail salon contains equipment and products that are not suitable for little ones, so please arrange care for your child before attending.
